Professional coaching helps individuals lead effectively, drive organizational change, and achieve professional goals. UCSD Health has an internal Executive Coaching program.

Time Commitment: Average engagement is expected to be 6-12 months in duration, 1-3 hours per session, and 1-2 sessions per month. 

Cost:  Client pays for any fees associated with assessment/instrument administration. Engagements might
be priced based upon sessions/hours versus number of months. Typical 6 month engagement runs
$18,000 - $22,000. Additional fees may include travel accommodations.
