A: Employed UCSD Health physicians can call (619)-543-2229 between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to establish care with a Primary Care Provider at UCSD Health.

 

Q: Do I get priority access to appointments as a UCSD physician?

A: No, the PCP line was created to facilitate UCSD physicians managing their own health by establishing their own PCP. We want to make it easier for UCSD physicians to get the care they need.

 

Q: Who is eligible to use this phone line?

A: This phone line is just for UCSD Health employed physicians. If you are a patient or not a physician at UCSD Health, this phone number is available for you from 8am-5pm:

Q: Can I use this phone line for my dependents as well?

A: At this time, this service is not available for dependents of UCSD physicians.
