All UC PPOs: Benefits Guidance, Virtual Care, and Medical Opinions through Accolade Health Care Advocate

Beginning on Jan. 1, 2023, members of CORE, UC Care and UC Health Savings Plan (the PPO plans) have a new resource: Accolade Health Care Advocate. Accolade offers:

• Personalized Health and Benefits Guidance at no cost from real people, not bots.
• Virtual care, including same-day or next-day appointments for urgent care needs; ongoing chronic disease care; and prescription management.
• Up to 12 primary care and 12 mental health therapy visits per year at $0 out of pocket cost
• Easy access to other benefits, including free second opinions, fertility services, FSAs, a prescription drug plan, and more.

Accolade doesn’t change UC’s PPO medical benefits; it makes them work better for members.

Instructions to access Accolade:

1. Navigate to member.accolade.com.
2. Select "Register" in the top left-hand quadrant of the landing page.
3. Input the prompted information (Name, DOB, Last 4 SSN).
4. Accolade will match your information to the UC PPO registry and you'll gain access!
